Choosing the right fit for your work

• Firing requirements: Match the listed temperature rating and intended application to your material and firing schedule. Maximum temperature alone does not make a kiln suitable for every ceramic, glass or metal process.
• Usable space: Check the chamber dimensions against your largest piece and allow room for any shelves, supports and clearances required by the manufacturer.
• Your studio setup: Review the electrical or fuel requirements, ventilation, working clearances and delivery access before ordering.

Availability and dispatch

An order confirmation records receipt of your order. It does not confirm immediate stock or dispatch. Production or preparation time is separate from carrier transit, and estimated dates can change.

Carrier transit is estimated at an additional 3–7 business days after dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. See our Shipping Policy for general brand handling ranges and model-specific exceptions. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with a revised estimate and explain your delay-consent or cancellation options, including a prompt full refund for an unshipped order where required.

Shipping charges

The shipping amount displayed at checkout is the amount you pay for the delivery service selected. We honour that amount and do not add a further freight charge after you place the order. Tell us about any special delivery requirements before ordering so the appropriate service can be arranged.

Standard checkout shipping covers the contiguous United States and Washington, DC. Contact us before ordering for Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or international delivery. See the Shipping Policy for the current rate bands and exclusions.

Receiving your order

Kilns and large equipment generally ship by freight. Standard kiln freight includes curbside delivery to residential or commercial addresses and liftgate service when needed, within the shipping price shown at checkout. There is no additional residential-delivery or liftgate charge after ordering. Tell us whether you have a loading dock or forklift and about any restricted access. Inside placement, installation, stairs, cranes and white-glove services are not included unless agreed in writing.

Inspect your delivery on arrival, note visible damage with the carrier and take photographs of the packaging and affected items. Report delivery damage promptly, ideally within 24 hours, and retain the packaging while we investigate. This is not an automatic cutoff for your rights; report concealed damage as soon as you discover it.

If your order does not arrive

Report an overdue or missing delivery using our contact form or email. We investigate with the supplier and carrier. If the order is confirmed lost or we cannot complete delivery, we arrange a replacement at no extra cost or a refund for the undelivered goods and their delivery charge, with no restocking fee. Cancellations and eligible returns

• Before dispatch: Contact us promptly to request cancellation. Standard orders can be cancelled before shipment without a cancellation charge; custom and made-to-order exclusions apply.
• Custom or made-to-order items: Products identified before purchase as custom, made-to-order or non-returnable are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Custom and made-to-order orders cannot be cancelled for a change of mind once production begins. Delayed-order cancellation rights still apply as described in our policy.
• Eligible returns: Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and unused, with their original packaging and included components. Eligible change-of-mind returns incur a 25% restocking fee and customer-paid return shipping; the original delivery charge is not refunded. Any product-specific exclusions must be disclosed before purchase.

Refund processing: Once an eligible return has been approved and received, we issue the refund within 20 working days to the original payment method. For confirmed delivery damage, an item supplied incorrectly, or a defect present on arrival, we cover the necessary return shipping and charge no restocking fee. Contact us for written return instructions before sending anything back. Later problems follow the applicable manufacturer warranty and its transport terms, without limiting your consumer-protection rights.

Manufacturer warranty coverage applies to your purchase in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms for this product. Coverage periods, covered components, exclusions and any transport responsibilities follow those terms. We can help with warranty questions and guide you through the claim process.

Keep your proof of purchase and have your model, serial number where applicable, a description of the issue and photographs ready.
