Hi, I’m Daniel, the person behind Pottery Kiln Direct. We opened in August 2026, and my aim is simple: to make buying a kiln or equipping a studio feel less complicated. Whether you’re choosing your first kiln, making room for more work or buying for a school, you should be able to understand what you’re ordering and ask questions along the way.
Pottery Kiln Direct is an online store operated by Pottery Brands LLC. We sell kilns, pottery wheels and studio equipment from brands including Olympic Kilns, Paragon, Evenheat, Jen-Ken, Hot Shot, Durston and Speedball to individual makers, studios and schools. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners.

A kiln is a considered purchase. Chamber size, firing temperature, voltage, phase and controller options all matter. We can help you compare the details and understand the available configurations and accessories before you order. For electrical installation and site suitability, we’ll always point you to the manufacturer’s requirements and a qualified professional.
If you’re buying for a school or studio, we can also help with quotations and purchasing paperwork. You don’t need to have every answer before getting in touch.
From the supplier to your studio
We coordinate orders with the relevant manufacturer or supplier, and equipment may be dispatched directly from their facility to you. Pottery Kiln Direct remains your point of contact for order questions, delivery updates and after-sales support.
Larger equipment usually arrives by freight. Standard residential delivery and liftgate service, when needed for kiln freight, are included in the checkout shipping price. Preparation and transit times depend on the equipment and configuration; our Shipping Policy explains the estimates and delivery arrangements.
Here when you need a hand
Manufacturer warranty coverage applies under the manufacturer’s terms for your product, and we can help you with the claim process. Our Return & Refund Policy explains returns, cancellations and help with damaged or missing deliveries.
